I will apologize now for the water mark in the video. It was the only program I found that worked well and was free. If I make moretutorials I might end up buying some video capture software. I tried to use Loilo and another one, but ran into issues of it crashing during recording or only recording the select window. My game doesn't stutter like it does in the video also. That is the recording software. You can see in the top I was actually maintaining 60FPS

    Thank you for all of your time. Very useful information.Would endorse twice if i could.
    I did stumble around once making a mashup (of only 2 pieces) and now I'll have a much better idea of what I'm doing and can be more adventurous.
    Just one question. Can your example outfit use Bodyslide in order to fit a different shape body? If yes, is it because there was no reference body in your starting outfit? This is what I'm struggling with. My starting outfit had a reference body and I have no idea how to make it fit another shape.

      All the items are built in Bodyslide before I even start using the nifs, so I build all the basic items before making the mashup so they are already my body shape. It makes it a lot easier to increase and decrease meshes. Does that make sense?

      I also appreciate the compliment. I ran into a lot of issues making this video...lol Took me probably 5 takes.

      Well, for me, your effort was totally worth it.
      So, if you created a new character with a new body shape, you would use Bodyslide on all the pieces with the new shape and then just build your mashup in Bodyslide?

      Yes, if you build a new body for your character it it will usually reset all the outfit you created. I will go over that in another video. All my character use the same body shape because of that.
