About this video

As some of you creative types out there are aware, getting a copy of 3ds Max 2013 is a pain in the rear, which sucks because we need that to make collision meshes.  After desperately emailing Autodesk to extend my license for 2013, they said no.  I heard and seen that people can use the BGS Fallout 4 Exporter in 3ds Max 2014, but I couldn't figure out how.  After days of anger, depression, and more anger I finally figured out how to get it to work with 2014.  This video is for anyone who has had the same problem.

Thank you for adding this tutorial. I have 2014, but like you couldn't get a licensed copy of 2013. I hope to run through this process in the next week or so once i'm done with my current mod update. This will be helpful.

Edited to add: It was actually Ethreon who pointed out your video to me.

Seems to be working, thought MAX will throw an error when picking the material up. But on the other hand the unofficial plugin works with 2014 so you can just import and use the pick tool. Endorsed.
