Not at all. In this case i think it's the weapons of the super mutants that are too weak.
And Life Giver level 3 perk regenerate health, maybe i'll take that one off, i admit it's a bit op sometimes. :)
But i agree. That's why i also use Level scaling for enemies, but that make us all bullet sponges!
That make the game very arcade style instead of a survival simulator.
Finding balance between having fun or feeling like you're working hard is a difficult path. :)
