Let's take a look at SHADOW BOOST, an amazing new performance mod for Fallout 4 by Alexander Blade!  This video explains the installation and setup process for Shadow Boost, and demonstrates the effect of the mod in-game.  In short, the mod dynamically modifies the shadow draw distance based on your current frame rate, allowing you to retain high frame rates in typically problematic areas.

    Because my pc sucks so bad I set the min to 0.0 and the max draw distance to 1.0, xD Hope it works, It is also working with a texture fps boost mod to help get me over 15 fps. I also set my fps to something I probably wont hit which is 75.0. lol. Hope it works!
