Started a new game and updated to v401 - and now I can't target a bath

Was using CWSS without a drama for about a year. Recently used 3.21 and recorded it functioning. Started a new game and updated to v4.01 - and now I can't target a bath? That's a new one.
I used modpos z to move it up so i could get as close as humanly possible to the object.
As you can see, the bath is still functional - it's just not an object that can be targetted through the workbench.
Guess I'll use use disable, and go back to the earlier version next game.

OH and another thing.. I use the mod Scrap Everything. BUT I am unable to scrap ANY - WORLD WIDE of the Tubs / showers.
I went as far as using the console command to SRAP ALL . ROFL NOTHING was left but the Tubs and showers.
Totaly fuked there. The tubs and showers are going to be a permanent part of the landscape. no way of getting rid of them.
