Currently there is no documentation on how to use havok cloth for FO4 and what settings to use for export, so i'm only able to skin my meshes to vanilla cloth skleletons. You can rig any mesh to them but if your meshes are located too far off the vanilla counterparts, cloth physics will look weird ingame.

I made an armor flap to be equip with some mods platecarriers, would you be able to add physics to it?
