Christmas updates: Added custom Engineer caps and General Dave's Holiday Eggnog!

Bedford Station has been claimed as a settlement for the faction of your choice, complete with a (static) apocalyptic armored train ready to be customized!All DLCs are required due to the art assets used to create the train and settlement. • Turret platforms on the locomotive
• Partial flatcar #1 (Shares space with the reactor for the locomotive, essentially it's half of a tender)
• Full flatcar (4x Shack foundations)
• Vault-Tec boxcar
• Vault-Tec passenger car (all doors pre-placed, lots of interior space)
• Final flatcar (4x Shack foundations)

- Removed a large number of unscrappable objects
- Removed floating debris
- Updated navmesh to fix NPC pathfinding (partially complete now)
- Made passenger benches scrappable
- Added another rail car to the side spur
