Blueprint takes up slot 1 of blueprints. 
Drop it in whichever drive steam is installed on your pc :\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements to install

NEW FILE UPLOADED AS THE LAST ONE WASN'T INCLUDING WALLS AND FLOORS, THIS ONE DOES WITH ONLY SOME WALLS AND FLOORS MISSING. EASY ENOUGH TO FILL IN THESE GAPS YOURSELF AS THAT MANY ARE MISSING.

This is a blueprint for vault 88, so you will need Vault-tec workshop and possibly  Automaton DLC  . Includes Personal player room with every base game crafting table as well as a personal bedroom off to the side of the crafting room with bed, lounge, radio, storage etc. Massive common sleeping quarters. personal Overseer bedroom in her office. Clinic, Cafeteria, food garden, cow room at bottom of stair located in common sleeping quarters, workout room.

Didn't blueprint the people as I didn't want to stuff up your quests if you haven't done them yet, blueprint may include experiment items, so let me know if it does and I'll do one without those items. Especially if it does stuff up the quests.

Told it to include DLC items so with luck you'll have some Vault patrol bots built via Automaton DLC 

Not all items in screenshot will be in the blueprint due to them being mod items (I believe Better stores for the clinic, bar and tradestation for trading etc. And Old Boston radio, the West Vault radios are scattered throughout the vault as seen in the screenshots)     

Let me know if everything works and if all DLC items show up please and thank you. 

Also note that build limit is maxed out and as a result I used the settlement bat file to make it unlimited, so you may be unable to build anything else unless you have the bat file or an unlimited build mod installed. 

This will be fixed if any problems arise, if you do run into a problem please include screenshot as well as a DETAILED description of the problem so I can look into it. DETAILED, don't just say it doesn't work and then not explain as then I cannot fix it lol. 

Not everything being imported? Try this 


'Transfer Settlements Mod Settings.
This IS important! At the moment anyway..
Turn OFF the "Animations during import". If left on you will have random missing pieces and parts. (it's a bug work around)
Optional...
Turn OFF the "Explosions during the nuking of a settlement" or you "might" have explosion marks all over the place. (even if you don't nuke the settlement before hand)'

Says you're missing a plugin? Try
 have this setting in your Fallout4Custom.ini under [Papyrus] bLoadDebugInformation=1
