In order to achieve the same results I have for the face and body, you will need the following mods:
The Appealing Moles Mod is required http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3802 to get what you see on the screenshots or you will have some interesting acne on the face.

More Hairstyles for Male and Female Mod - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/977 version 4.1
* This mod is currently in review so I have included an optional version with vanilla hair.
To install:
Copy the esp file to Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data folder, reload the game being sure the esp is active.
Activate the esp through your mod manager or manually add it to the plugins.txt file. I would sort it to come after these other mods to guarantee the conversion is successful.
