    Before the question is asked . . . although they are related, there is a difference between AWKCR compatibility and Armorsmith Extended compatibility. Gambit made a nice long post on it just recently.

    "Yeah, AWKCR patches are quite different than AE patches from me.
    AWKCR patches add:
    Make items craftable using AWKCR's Armorsmith and Weaponsmith benches and menu categories, to avoid adding new menu category keywords.
    And sometimes keywords and entries to enable Valdicil's Item Sorting (or any sorting mod that uses AWKCR keywords for dynamic sorting).

    My AE patches add:
    Keywords to enable the Armorsmith Extended clothing modding system.
    Keywords and entries to enable Valdicil's Item Sorting (or any sorting mod that uses AWKCR keywords for dynamic sorting).
    Keywords to enable the Legendary Modifications legendary modding system.
    Make items craftable using AWKCR's Armorsmith and Weaponsmith benches and menu categories, to avoid adding new menu category keywords.
    Assign slots to items to conform to the Slot Usage Standard for maximum compatibility with other modders' apparel.

    So . . . Vasstek built his Nanosuit 5.0 with AWKCR compatibility in mind but with the vanilla crafting system. This mod moves all the new 5.0 Nanoitems to the AWKCR crafting system and allows full use of AE armor modifications for all Nano items.

    The plugin requires "Vasstek_VaultSuit.esp", where do i get it?

    Got this for v6.2; says I'm missing "NanoHelmet.esp" in nice red letters. Is there a fix for this or do I even need this patch?

      berretta, yes that link is correct and is the master file for this patch. However, i'm not sure sure what your comment or question is? As written you only have a statement (maybe something got cut off?). Was there an issue/problem/question?

    Hi! I have a problem where the suit is in the game, but it is purple for some reason. I manually moved all of the main files into the corresponding folders in the data secion of my fallout 4 directory but I still have the same problem. Hope someone can help me!

      Hey pooball. Boo . . . purple. This sounds like missing texture or texture path/name in the data folder does not match what is in the esp. My mod doesn't change anything with the paths or touch the data, textures, or materials folders at all. It just adds AWKCR crafting and AE armor addons. Still, I can try to help. We could go back and forth, but it's easier for me to just ask for a bunch of stuff.

      Questions: Male or female character or both? Only the suit is purple or all Nano items? Is the suit still purple if you deactivate this patch?

      Needs for troubleshooting:
      1) post (as spoilers) or PM me screenshots of your meshes, textures, & materials folders for /NanosuitMale and /Vass
      * I can check which files you have against what should be there.


      Brute Force (last resort if we can't figure it out)
      1) uninstall and delete anything related to Nanosuit 5.0 (and 4.1 if you have remnants).
      2) delete, redownload, reinstall Nanosuit 5.0 FOMOD using NMM
      3) start game and test with ONLY Vasstek_VaultSuit.esp & NanoHelmet.esp activated - problems?
      4) install Nanosuit 5.0 Armorsmith Extended Patch
      5) activate AWKCR, AE, Vasstek_VaultSuit, NanoHelmet, Nanosuit 5.0 Armorsmith Extended Patch (ONLY THESE), test - problems?

    not sure if this is a common problem but after installing everything the nanohelmets wont show up on my character

      Can you give me a bit more detail? Which helmets from which base nano-mod are you missing? Are these from Nanosuit 4.1, Nanosuit 5.0, NanoArmor 2.0? Also, where are you crafting the helmets (which workbench)?

      this is the nanosuit 5.0 it was all of the nano helmets (with and without the goggles down) that i made on the armor smith bench (as well as console spawned ones)

      This sounds like a mesh is missing or the path is wrong. I've see this when the mesh name is the data file does not match what's in esp. This shouldn't be an issue here. I can check

      00:53 EST: EDIT: just downloaded and reinstalled and everything is working fine for me. Can you see the other components when equipped - nanosuit, gloves, accessories?

      Did you successfully uninstal 4.1 (if you had it)? A sinilar type of conflict (wrong mesh) happened to another user who didn't uninstall 4.1 proper.

      I haven't heard from anyone else that they are not getting the helmets to show in game.

      Can you post me your load order as a spoiler?

    Thanks for making this. I don't have all the stuff form the AE Prototype patch. I was trying to convert the nanosuit to use the workbench and this saved me from that tedious hell.

      On odd thing about the Nanosuit 5. mod is it says that the AW keyword file is required but it is not a master and i don't see how it can be required or even use the keywords.

      For the 50 Nanosuit, Vasstek seems to have tried to add AWKC keywords, but added his own entries as keywords in the Nanosuit mod rather than adding AWKCR as a master and then just copying the AWKCR keywords. This second way is the way I did it (basically by looking at how it was done in Prototypes Extended and then mostly copying/duplicating that).

    ive asked this on vassteks page on nanosuit 5.0 just waiting for a response but just wanted to ask here as well, i have downloaded the latest armour smith extended 2.75 and also downloaded Armorsmith Prototypes Extended v2.75 from that page as well, now when i go to build the face up mask and googles down version of the nano suit mask i get the glasses up version appearing ok with the mouth piece on me but when i go to wear the item called nano face mask it doesnt appear as the mouth nozel piece and glasses down but instead i get some black gas mask over my whole face like as if its some vanilla gask mask retured to blac. >< Whats going on here ? is it even possible to build the glasses down version of the nano mask ? All im getting appearong my toons head is a full face gas mask and not the one that appears in vassteks mod picture where you the mask that the male character is wearing. NOTE i am playing as female toon, does that mask the male is wearing only appear on male toons or can you get glasses up and down version for both male and female and if so what am i doing wrong ?

      I haven't seen this problem. I installed and played with Nanosuit 5.0 for a bit without a problem, but I used my own patch. I haven't tried it with Gambit's updated Prototypes patch. Because I've been doing some work with NS 4.1, I don't have 5.0 installed. I'll try to install now and take a look. Could you post me a link to a screenshot here of you wearing the wonky mask? Also, let me know if Vasstek responds and what he says about it.

    Could you also make an single Armorsmith Patch for the NanoArmor 2.0. I hate to install several Mods to edit the Armorsmith patch file to have only the Nanosuit and NanoArmor in there.
