Why is Sheng Kowalski dressed in rags? Just as bad, why does he have that obvious model fold on the top of his head? This mod puts that right and adds new costumes for the featured kids and gives the possibility of new outfits for the ones generated by ChildSettlers.esp.
In addition, you have now got the chance of using settlement boys as provisioners with their own custom uniform. You can also kit out your existing settlement boys in the uniform which is available at all good Commonwealth retailers, along with the other new outfits.
