How difficult is it to do a mod like this? And also, it doesn't replace the Laundered Green Dress, does it? I'm thinking about trying it myself to make this dress in many different colors as I like to put my female settlers in them so if it's a fairly simple thing to do, I might give it a go. Thanks!
I should add, I have some PS xp if that's necessary.
Like the description says, it's a re-color of the Laundered Green Dress. So yes it replayces the original dress.
To add your own clothes/armor/items you need the modding kit, but that is not released yet.
And it's pretty simple to do a re-color if you know how to do it and how to work with a program like photoshop. I'll upload a tutorial how to do that the next days.
Wow, thanks! My insane devestated housewife has been slashing up the wasteland in her dress quite fittingly, but I never realized that it needed to be black until now. You've done great with this and I'm quite looking forward to using it.
I'm seeing a pattern to your mods. The Rolling Stones summed it up pretty well: "I see a red door and I want it painted black. No colors any more, I want them to turn black"

Most stuff i do black is because people ask me in comments or pm to do it.
And btw you just have to read the description to know that it was a request
