Installation: 
make sure you save the original main menu video file before installing or overwriting the main menu video

1. make sure your ini file includes : 
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\, MESHES\, MUSIC\, LODSETTINGS\, SCRIPTS\, VIDEO\

2. drag and drop the video and music folder into your data folder : 
Normally this is located at /steam/steamapps/common/fallout4/data
