Love this, but you should make it an ESPFE rather than an ESL, as ESLs can't be moved in the load order and get overwritten. E.g. it loads 67th in the right pane of MO2 for me, and gets overwritten by another texture mod. Easily fixed by just changing the actual extension from .esl to .esp, nothing else necessary.
When I converted this to .esl it was early on and .espfe wasn't a thing yet. Yes, when I get some time I will update it.
For now though, it is just a dummy plugin to load the archive with the texture replacers, so you can make an .espfe and just name it the same and it will work.
I realize I'm something of an exception rather than the example, but I don't feel this is 'evil' in the slightest. I have an eye condition- not rare, but highly uncommon, with a semi-rare mutation- called Retinitis Pigmentosa. The issue I have- caused by the mutation I mentioned- is that bright lights are oversaturated, and make it impossible to see to the point that I actually got forced to live a nocturnal lifestyle, and haven't seen direct sunlight for literal years. 95% of the 'sunlight' I get is artificial from a UV light in my house.
Anyway, this mod, rather than looking 'evil', actually makes the Institute far easier on my eyes than vanilla. I get that it was made as white and bright as it was to convey how clean and sterile the environment is, but it makes it so difficult for me to see where everything is, so this mod actually makes it far more tolerable to be there, rather than running in, grabbing a quest, and fast-traveling out ASAP.

Would this mod perhaps be able to be ported to xbox one? Say if a porter was willing to do it, would you give permission for it to be ported?
