Required Mod/File to be able to place the mod in your data folder:

Follow instructions from the description page linked above. Place your pp3_Portrait file in the folder stated. Example from link above:
''Fallout 4\Data\textures\SetDressing\PP
folder then add your own picture over the
blank canvases and save as .dds overwrite file
and your done''
