EDIT: I made a mistake :( I intended for the weapons to spawn with random mods, but they spawn with none. Will try to fix right away.
This mod aims to rectify the extremely bizarre decision by the original author to only add DOOMBASED weapons to vendor lists. Oh, I guess I'll be the only person in the entire game world to use these weapons. Cool.
No more of that. I added them to Raider weapon lists. All mods and weapons are acquirable at level 1. No, I'm not gonna change that. This weapon mod is best paired with BLD, SCOURGE, or Survival Mode.
I have a couple other ideas for mods I'll be getting around to soon, such as:
Super Mutants Don't Use Traps and Turrets (because they are supposed to be dumb.)
Varied Glowing Sea Weathers
Realistic Fire Rates (tired of NPC's not using semi auto to it's full potential, they fire way too slowly and unrealistically.)
