Some minor quality of life improvements to Journal of the Sole Survivor.

This is a very small mod for Journal of the Sole Survivor. I thought it could use some minor improvements.
- esp is now an esl, freeing up mod space.
- The holotape is now a Quest item so that you won't accidentally leave it somewhere.
- The holotape is now worth zero caps. Not sure why it was worth so much before.
- It is now added to your inventory after you name your character so you don't have to go find it.
- There is an optional file that renames it to "My Journal" as I feel that's more appropriate.
