About this mod

Repairs broken glass on the Colonial Lampost mesh used in Homemaker, as well as adding a lightbulb that turns on / off as appropriate! This is a straight replacer, and thus requires Homemaker currently.

*****UPDATED 2/5/16******

I made a simple mistake of uploading the original w/ an outdated material file. The current main download is already fixed. You can either download the entire thing and just overwrite, or download the optional file and overwrite (If you downloaded the original upload ONLY.)

This will fix it not emitting very much light and the light being blueish. So sorry bout that! Make sure you get it fixed please!!!

If you're at all like me, you love Homemaker, and all the wonderful decorations it adds. But, you also hate the fact that many of the lights and other misc. decorations are broken in appearance, not truly worthy of your amazing settlement. But fear not, for I have set about (slowly, haha) changing that!

My overall game plan is to release a larger mod that contains several items for replacement, and a standalone version allowing you to craft them without Homemaker. But, at this time, I thought I would release another one of my conversions for early usage, feedback, etc!

This mod replaces the Colonial Lamp Post & it's tall variant (Tall not shown, but is identical aside from height.). This is not currently a retexture, but it does make edits to the mesh and use its own materials though. It also is properly set up to turn off / on when near / away from power sources, like vanilla lights, not just the lightsource but also visually (The bulb stops glowing.)

I MAY release a standalone of these 2 if there is enough demand for it (As in, craftable w/o Homemaker), but my intent is to eventually release a larger mod that includes these, so it would be a bit redundant.

Feel free to retexture if you so desire, it uses the original texture so haven't done any work on that. I may retexture it at some point and offer it here, but for now, this will work. I may also eventually increase the detail of its model, since its a pretty basic model, but I opted to go for the mostly vanilla for now.

Installation:
Copy the contents from the data folder into your data folder, after installing Homemaker. Yes to the 2 overwrites, and done :)

Hope everyone enjoys it!
