Hi, I have some furniture and a monobike ready for shipping!:)
Just joking, but I do have some steampunk-victorian style furniture and a monobike ready. With this mod you will be able to create the furniture you see in the photos and the static-fitness bike. I have adjusted all the items to be compatible with high heels (eccept of the monobike). No more ''feet in the ground''. It doesn't mater if you play with a male or female character, you can use the mod.
Requirements: You must have the third ''Workshop DLC''. I am not sure which one is the third. In the game's data it is the ''DLCworkshop03.esm''.

These are very high quality, very detailed items, I don't make settlements anymore, so I don't care if they take a lot of building 'space' in the aeria where I build my player house.
Install with your favorite mod manager or manually, I use Vortex.
It is posible this mod to be incompatible with the Sim Settlements kind of mods.

I uploaded this mod on my site at Jan 5 2023. Back then the links where legit. I took the meshes and most of the textures from that site. I really don't know why the links don't work any more. I have an account to that site, but the links don't work.
