- open Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini
add ", sound\" at the end of "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\" for example:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, meshes\, sound\
Unpack archive into \Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
