LooksMenu is required for this mod
if you are using game v1.10.163 then for me installing looksmenu v1-7-0-1 along side v1-6-20-21-9 worked for me and resolved the "grayed out preset bug"
another requirement is Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) and make sure you open through F4se and not through steam if you are using modorganizer2 similar procedure if you are using a different mod manager

..\Game\fallout4\Data\F4SE\Plugin\F4EE\Preset\lucy.json
