Fixes missing heads when using X-Cell. It's highly recommended to use X-Cell in NG to avoid stutters caused by the game loading NPC faces.
My FaceGen doesn't suffer from "neck underwear bug".

Generated using CK. 2K resolution packed in BC7 format using Cathedral Asset Optimizer.
