This retextures the rad storm effects. I just wanted to make them look a bit more interesting, so I retextured the lightning forks and gave the aurora cloud effects more colour than the standard vanilla white and made them fit better with the overcast sky which develops during the storm.

If you can't wait to see the effect in the rad storms open up your console and type 'fw 001c3d5e' and this will activate the storm to appear.
