Adds 12 Paintings to the players home (not a replacer)

In the institute there are paintings. Yes right :D
You cannot have those paintings in your house
Now with this mod you can
HOLY MOLEY
This file does NOT replace any pictures from vanilla fallout 4 nor does it overwrite any modded paintings. They are located in Decorations
Just don't mind the names I am working on fixing those :D
It is lore friendly
Added meshes/file outlay ZerasCETA which means currently due to naming conventions it will over right their and only their mod. I am fixing that please don't hate me im new to this.
