This mod edits some of the Commonwealth's settlements, adding buildings and structures using vanilla and Far Harbor assets. These structures are permanent and cannot be edited in the in-game settlement editor.
Fair warning: This mod was made for personal use, but I'm now uploading it, as I'm moving over to playing on Steam Deck and retiring my PC for a while. Therefore, this is all tailor-made for my personal tastes, and thus you might not like it. Some of these changes may not be totally lore-friendly, for example the low effort palm trees at Egret Tours Marina, or its institute-like control room. Feel free to edit/remove things in the CK, if you want. You have my permission to upload edits, as long as you credit me.
Another fair warning: Sunshine Tidings co-op tanks FPS. I went too hard. My sincerest apologies.
