Not a standalone or replacer, simply a brand new addon to use with your new JMB Hp3 Pistol.
Based on the tidbit above at around 4:53- for funsies and boredom primarily, you can now expend both your 9mm and your 38 Caliber ammo by swapping it out with a specially designed receiver that is not only craftable, but added to the modcol loot pool. Now you can basically carry both into the Commonwealth for one small package.
