This is merely a retexture, not a standalone armor.
I do accept requests, not sure if I'm going to be able to reach your standards, though... But I'll try. :D

1. Go to: Documents>My Games>Fallout4>Fallout4.ini and add ", TEXTURES\" without quotations to the line "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\", then save.
2. Go to your Fallout 4\Data and drop the Textures folder in there.

- Added Drifter Outfit Retexture, all black + brownish belts;
- Added Drifter Outfit Retexture, all black + black belts;
- Added Pip Boy Retexture, simple black;
- Added Long Johns Retexture (looks crappy), all black, can't figure out how to make it stop being shiny. (See last pictures to see what I'm talking about)
