Make the titanium plating for X-02 better than most PAs

There's a bit of history but I'll tell it at the end
So this mod simply edits Titanium plating by ~3x more durability so...
originally I saw that having Mk.VI has 201
so with this mod they have 232 durability (+17 more durability than X-01)
A little Story
everyone knows the story from Next-gen
during missions with CC related to X-02 and using MPAM mod with Extended Power Armor Paints I couldn't use them in X-02
I found a mod called CC Remnants Armor Patch - CCRAP which probably solves my problem with these CC content
so thanks to that I could make this mod and finally move from X-01 to X-02...
