- Moved the Atlas Fusion Core from "Utility" to [Power Armor - Atlas Goliath by TacoBurritoChimichanga] (Keeping it all in one place)
  Added and moved the Atlas Power Armor Frame to Workshop Workbench - Resources - Misc menu to match other mods that do the same with Power Armor Frames. Please note that there may not be a graphic in the crafting menu for the frame, but it can be placed like any Settlement Build Object (for a cost).
