I will be looking into an update at some point once I've completed my new project. It's sort of a big one that is taking considerable time. However, once complete, I will see about updating this one.
If/when you decide to return to this project I'd like to request that you consider a switch of the non-vanilla hairs to one or more of the still supported Nexus mods. I like many people am less comfortable venturing "into the wilds" to find Mods so I am using your vanilla mod instead of your enhanced one.
Also I would like to thank you for your work thus far. This Mod is a baseline for my altered NPCs & Companions. I simply tweak (FaceRip into yours) or overwrite (new esps after yours) for the few changes I decided to use instead of yours. In most of those cases it is where I decided to diverge from vanilla-esque entirely and thus did not choose to use your wonderful interpretations. In some cases I have even FaceRipped out of your mod into another one for a different NPC or from one of your NPCs into another within your file. Basically I used almost all of your work but sometimes in different ways than your original. For example, I'm using Loving Piper True Reporter so I re-used your Piper to overwrite your Magnolia.
One last question/request if you return to this mod... Have you considered branching out of doing faces only and perhaps changing default outfits? It would be great to see NPCs with outfits that better fit their personality/story/voice/or whatever. And like your hair choices, you could consider using just vanilla or venturing and using other mods for the outfits.
I'm actually trying my first mash-up mod and want to set a new look (face) and outfit for Lucas Miller the armor merchant. I think he should look older and more ex-warrior grisled plus have more interesting and useful armor/outfit. I think that fits his personality & dialogue better.
Again, thanks for your work and I apologize for my rambling.
Solution for the missing MOREHAIRSTYLES4FEMALE4.1.ESP mod. (I found this workaround by Ahzidal0 through a different FO4 companion mod on the Nexus -- Captivating Companions -- which seemed to have worked for me.)
1. Download the "More Hairstyles - More Beards" mod via http://fo4-mischairstyle.tumblr.com/post/139169515871/mischairstyle16-download-47-new-hairs-for-male. (I saved the file to my desktop for easy access.)
2. Open the downloaded file and rename, "MoreHairstyles4Female.esp" to "MoreHairstyles4Female4.1.esp." * MAKE SURE YOU TYPE 4.1 JUST BEFORE .ESP. * The 4.1 part is crucial.
3. Create a temporary folder on your desktop; i.e. MoreHairstyles. Extract/unpack the content(s) to the folder you created using 7zip, WinZip, WinRAR. (I used WinRAR. After updating the file name, I selected the file and right clicked, "Extract to the specified folder": MoreHairstyles.)
4. From your desktop, right click the folder and select, "Add to MoreHairstyles.rar". Your extension might say .zip or .7zip depending on the archiving manager you're using.
5. Drag and drop the file to your mod manager. (I used Vortex.) Make sure you click install and enable.
6. Done. Let me know if you have any questions and happy modding!
Most of this is unnecessary if you are using Vortex.
Simpler method without creating additional archives:
1. Install the MoreHairstyles-Beards.rar through Vortex (it still has to be added manually).
2. Before enabling the mod search for it in the "MODS" tab in Vortex then right click -> Open in File Manager.
3. The previously mentioned MoreHairstyles4Female should be in this folder unless there was an installation error of some kind.
4. Simply rename the esp in this folder to MoreHairstyles4Females4.1.esp
5. In the Vortex Mods tab hit "Deploy Mods" to ensure the changes are saved. And select save changes for anything related to what you just altered.
The Open in File Manager is a great feature that I don't think alot of people realize exists and what it is capable of. It can be used to trim unwanted esps, manually merge small fix files, etc... without having to alter original archives make new ones or any other hassles really.
Your quick fix seems to work real fine, with a minor adjustment. The dependency for FOFW Redux is called "MoreHairstyles4Female4.1.esp" and not "MoreHairstyles4Females4.1.esp". Singular "female" instead of plural ;)
So when you manually edit the name of the .esp before enabling it in Vortex, make sure you name it "MoreHairstyles4Female4.1.esp"
Easily the best and simpliest overhaul of all NPCs in game. Have tried many overhauls that required me to go down a rabbithole of mods, requirements, and incompatibilities, but this one has been very easy and works perfectly.
IDK why it's taken me 6 years to find this mod -- just wanted one like this that would truly "decartoon" many of the NPC faces by making exaggerated features less exaggerated. Many other attempts on Nexus either are narrow in scope, affecting only a few NPCs, or are just different, not actually non-cartoony. With FO4's character creator having such a huge range for its sliders its not a surprise that very few people are able to create realistic looking faces with it.

Thank you Jerros for a project that is over six years old, has many competitors out, and still maintains the best value with mod requirement as well as good immersion.
