In fact, go there anyway and install the original. The supplied file is a plugin replacer against the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch that corrects one big and stupid error that was brought to the modding community due to the differences between the different storefronts. In short, Steam got part of the Next Gen patch, and Gamepass/EGS got the rest of it. It's a mess.
So, as it stands, there's two versions of Far Harbor. One that has precombine generation dates of 2016-05-13 and one that has 2016-05-26. As most of us develop against the Steam version, 90% of the plugins and the ported plugins are from the Steam data files. This causes crashes and inconsistencies as the game engine tries to locate generated mesh and previs tome files that don't exist. As I'm still working on a way to solve this once and for all and the unofficial patch team is currently knee deep in Oblivion Remaster patching, I'm pushing out a replacer plugin that addresses the precombine side of the problem for Gamepass users. EGS users have an additional headache to be aware of. The EGS data set is half and half and has the newer ESM but the older mesh set, which complicates things.
Installation instructions:
Install UFO4P first in MO2 or Vortex, or even manually if you are that bold.
Then install the replacer from this mod page as it's own mod and load ordered after the original or replacing the plugin itself IF you bought the game from the MS Store/Gamepass storefront. Steam and GOG users should stick with the pristine UFO4P version from the mod page linked above. EGS users, I'll get back to you.
I plan to keep this around until either the data file issue is finally solved and all storefronts ship the same data or I finally lose my mind and light my graphics card on fire in a fit of rage.
I will have additional supporting files and hopefully some way of patching between them in the future and also to help resolve XB1 porting issues with Far Harbor, as this is what led me to figure this out and I've been sitting on this for a few months now.
