P.A. - controls Combined Combo

/ technical: Its new copy of vannila animations WITH new added conditions: No weapon out, no sleeping, P.A. or no P.A., no siting..
So there should be no wrong armor or weapon positions during using this actions.
In 1st Person or 3Rd person (both)
Face to actor - hit the key(s)
/for P.A. salute You must wear P.A.
/for normal salutes and pointing you cant wear P.A.
