> Give Credits: Not all of these stuffs are mine alone, OpheliaNeoma's explosion recolors for one. Though it is something I asked of her, I do believe that proper credits are in order. Same applies to all authors that helped me.
> For Repackers: Yes, you can translate it, make a compressed-texture version, and/or upload it on another site. Note that I do update a lot, for fixes. I do not decry people for wanting an AIO package, but I would prefer that my mod be treated with respect and dignity, not just for me but for the sake of the Giants I stood over. There's a reason Dak USED to have open-perms with his mods -- do not take advantage of the community's good-will.
> For Borrowers: As in those who wants to bring the gun outside of Boston, if-you-know-what-i-mean. Don't asset flip.
I understand that this might be presumptuous of me, because I'm sure the quality of my weapon isn't up to par.
I don't judge you for borrowing mod guns, they are after all awesome, and I'm sure the monumental effort you have crafting a new land is something to aspire to -- lazily slapping mod weapons together however, isn't. I would prefer if the weapon is instead integrated with more thought and effort, than just a straight-up port and some tweaks that it looks more like an asset-flip than anything. I am well aware of the weakness of my mod, and as such I would prefer if some more polishing is applied for it to be put into your project, such as perhaps take out the ammo-switching system if the rest of the guns you're employing doesn't use that. Maybe give it better texture, or take out the unnecessary ones. But whatever you do, it shouldn't look lazy -- put more effort into it.
Lore:
The CMMA (Commonwealth Minutemen Arms mfg.) MR39 "Riveter" Machine Rifle is an evolutionary automatic rifle based on the original Chauchat Light Machine-Gun, Developed as an expedient wartime stop-gap weapon design during the late stages of the Great War as the first widely-adopted light-machinegun. The Riveter is the result of multiple retrofits, modification, and simplification by of the collaboration of pre-war civilian hobbyist and small-time gunsmiths answering much of the design-woes while remaining to be an uncomplicated weapon to produce and function. It's surviving examples were later found by survivors in the harsh post-war wasteland.
The Riveter's claim to fame lies in its controllable and accurate long continuous bursts of automatic-fire full-powered rifle cartridges with a steady and distinct cadence. Departing from the original Chauchat, it was modified to fire the common 308-Round, and to have a closed-bolt short-recoil action with a long bolt-travel that is maximized by its telescoping bolt that doesn't bottom-out; reducing recoil but offset by low firing rate. It retained the simple solid-metal tube mated with sheet-metal lower-receivers build, a set of familiar trigger-grip close to the AR15 and a forestock, with an uncomplicated trigger-group with only two modes.
While often considered unfriendly for modification, its simple and ramshackle design lends flexibility to gunsmiths that knows what they are doing, including a popular rechamber to the civilian 20-Gauge 2.75-inch shells as a shotgun, or to the 45-70 Gov't rounds for hunting. It was adopted by the Minutemen for a short time, with valiant efforts mass-reproducing them intending to standardize their equipment at the peak of their power, before the fall of the Castle.

Notes:
> Within QASmoke (go to console and type "coc qasmoke" and enter), there is a chest that has all of the legendaries, weapons, and ammo of this mod, for use of debugging purposes, and ease of featuring.
> There is uneven automatic fire-rate - It's actually baked in the animation of the HMAR vanilla, IDK about other reanims, I figure the same. It's usually unnoticeable and drowned out by the sheer number of shots in a short span of time, that which the implementation and philosophy of this weapon puts into light -- as in the chonky low fire-rate makes it noticeable.
