About this mod
This mod adds 5% movement speed increase to rank one of VANS and 10% to rank 2 of VANS while lowering the required level to 15 make it something you may pick up between major milestones.

This adds 5% movement speed for rank 1 of VANS to add 5% movement speed in addition to the base perk benefit.
Rank 2 has two changes made to it, first is it improves movement speed by 10% and I lowered the level requirement to 15. While 2 perception is quite powerful, 36 was too high, even for balance purposes. This helps it be more in line with a mid game benefit if chosen.
