Overview: Turns South Boston Police Department into a potential interior settlement. So far it has worked for me, but please let me know if you run into any issues!
Numerous items are scrappable, with precombines and previs fixed. The file has been flagged as an ESPFE. A number of the trash and paper bits have been linked to to a carboard box near the door, so you shouldn't need to scrap a bunch of tiny items. To activate the workbench, you'll need to kill the mongrels.
Known problems/concerns: - Many items require some sort of scrapping mod. The only one I use is Place Everywhere with extra object selection. - Outside area might still spawn enemies. Not sure if I should fix that or not.
Compatibility: - Apparently, Sim Settlements 2 makes use of this area. I don't use SS2 myself, but I would suggest waiting to install until after Chapter 2, when I'm told it will be available again. Thanks to AceContender for the head's up on this.
