I removed the house so as to have a garden spot and removed some of the brick piles to clean it up some . May not be compatable with P&P type mods , no edits to the terrain, Screenis from a built settlement. Keep in the load list low . To be clear , mostley what this mod does is removes the broken house so as to hava a garden spot and removes piles of bricks.
