  Here is a brief write-up of the latest Version 1.7 of the all-in-one Rebuilt Series Prewar Houses (RSPH), based on my half-day walkthrough of all nine affected settlements. For the last three months or so I have been playing with then-current versions, and I have invested quite heavily in building and/or equipping all my settlements.
