I find it strange how your PC would have psychic cannibal detection powers when walking past random abandoned apartments, so I just quickly renamed the load door for A Cannibal in Concord to something a bit more immersive, and removed the map marker so the game doesn't yell at you that there's a cannibal. It makes it more mysterious.
(I mean you, the player, are going to know anyways because... you know... you downloaded a mod that has "Cannibal" in the title... But hey, your character doesn't!)
