Makes the Atom Cats' armour blue. Also includes optional black power armour frame that compliments the blue nicely.

To use:
Place the provided DDS files in (Where ever steam is located) \Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Textures\actors\powerarmor
If you don't have an actors folder or a power armour folder, just make them.
