Unlock ballistic weave for all outfits and cloths vanilla/dlcs

yet another ballistic weave unlocker for ingame outfits but this time it will be good
what this mod do?
1.unlock ballistic weave for outfit and cloth vanilla/all dlcs (u still need to work with RR for lore friendly and all)
2.removed ballistic weave option from all head gear and will not add more ballistic weaveable head gear( yes u heard it right u dr loving scavs )
3.will add some upgrade options to certain high tec outfits.(more will add in next update)
this is my first mod made with fo4edit for my personal use.
will update as soon as i done making new LO for my next character.
i will edit certain outfits on request if u ask nicely.
installation
install with vortex or NMM or whatever or u can drag and drop into data folder
i don't know it will work on NG. go test yourself
no this mod wont crash your game
no it wont bloat your save upon uninstall
can install/uninstall mid game (clean with resaver just incase)
