Has it so Jake shows you his workshop after killing the first group of raiders (The ones that makes Preston yell at you from the balcony)..Don't Kill them before going there with Jake, It might not work.

Completely unrelated, but while patching this I found that Jake was suppose to acknowledge Jammer from Sim Settlements: Conqueror. That would've been awesome.
