Replaces Commonwealth spawned Gen2 Synths' uniform with the obtainable variant.

The core idea is the same as the Synth Uniforms Lootable, but I chose a different approach.
The problem with the said mod is that you can get two separate items under the same name ('Armor_Synth_Underarmor' and 'Armor_Synth_UnderarmorforSynths'). I simply made synths to wear the playable version.
The unobtainable variant had 20 armor ratings, so I added a new effect to the playable version that grants 20 armor only when it's worn by Gen2 synths. I think it's a bit more elegant way to do it if I say so myself. The downside is that Gen2 synths inside the Institute also benefit from this.
Place before mods that change Gen2 Synth's Outfit record such as Tumbajamba's Synth Combat Armor 4 NPC
There are ballistic weave/vault suit lining options as well if you want.
