Complete vanilla playthrough of Fallout 4. All side-quests completed, all magazines and bobbleheads collected, all locations discovered and plenty of other stuff. With 19 different options with varying degrees of completion to choose from and no MOD or DLC dependencies this is probably the best complete save on the nexus.

The saves are available in two variations: 3.X the latest version leaves all the important decisions for you to complete yourself, 2.X are meta saves, with as much completion as possible for as many powerful rewards as possible, for example giving you 11 in all the S.P.E.C.A.L. stats as well as the unique perks granted to you by the different companions. All of the saves are completed legitimately with minimal risk of corruption.
3.0 - Vanilla
Character is level 11. No perk points spent.
Main quest complete up until Hunter/Hunted.
All side quests completed (except Secret of Cabot House, Diamond City Blues and Human Error).
Most magazines, unique items and bobble-heads collected.
3.1 - Far Harbor
Completed all Far Harbor quests up until the decisive point of the Best Left Forgotten quest.
All magazines collected, all way-points discovered.
3.2 - Nuka World
Completed all Nuka World quests up until the decisive point of the Grand Tour quest.
All magazines and recipes collected, all way-points discovered.
3.3 - Automatron
All DLC quests completed.
3.4 - Vault Tec Workshop
All DLC quests completed.

All S.P.E.C.I.A.L. at 11 (perks spent to 10+bobbleheads)
Settlements are Starlight Drive In (Mercer

(all fully pimped out with perimeter wall, food, water, beds, bar and
other necessities for good happiness)

How to install:
Since it's a save file the installation is different from most other files on the nexus. Download the desired save, unzip the .rar and place the .fos file in your Fallout 4 save folder (C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves). Launch the game, press load save and there should be a gamesave called Jobac.
How to create the Meta save:
1. Do all the Railroad side-quests (Get ballistic weave mod and Deacon's perk)
2. Complete Reunions
3. Do all the Brotherhood of Steel quests available
3. Complete Institutionalized and Outside the Wire
4. Start Underground Undercover
5. Complete Mankind-Redefined, From Within and get X6-88's perk
6. Complete Spoils of War
7. Complete Banished from the Institute and start Burning Cover
8. Complete Blind Betrayal (let Danse live so you can get his perk)
9. Complete Form Ranks and finish the main quest with the Minutemen, but don't forget to activate the evacuation signal before you nuke the Institute.
