This is the Commonwealth Facility for Agricultural Research and Innovation, a 3x3 Advanced Agricultural plot for use with SS2. My entry into the March 2025 Plot-A-Palooza contest - it placed 1st! Thanks everyone who voted!!

Welcome to the C.F.A.R.I.! The Commonwealth Facility for Agricultural Research and Innovation is a 3x3 advanced agricultural plot for use with Sim Settlements 2. It's my entry into the March 2025 Plot-A-Palooza contest! The theme for the contest was: "Agricultural Revolution: What can you do to revitalize agriculture across the commonwealth?"
The facility is made up of three main areas: the greenhouse, the lab and the office. As the plot levels up, a nice outdoor break area for the facility staff will appear. This plot accommodates 2/3/4 settlers per level, where they will discover the most efficient growing methods, as well as some new plants (non-harvestable, sorry... it's better this way, trust me)!
You'll notice an appropriate pile of construction materials when you choose to build the plot, and each level goes through construction stages as the building evolves.
Level One includes a fairly standard greenhouse setup, with the beginnings of a laboratory and office. At Level Two, the office starts to get refined and the lab goes through a substantial update. Level Three offers an expanded lab (be sure to check the note by the terminal in the office!), more plants and more creature comforts in the office and break area.

To that end, I give permission to the Sim Settlements 2 team (lead by Kinggath) to include my C.F.A.R.I. Agricultural Plot mod in the SS2 Plotapalooza All In One Compilation Pack, to be posted on Nexus and Bethesda.net.
