This does not give anyone outside the Sim Settlements Team (lead by Kinggath) any permissions outside of what has been previously stated in the permissions section.

This was an entry for a community contest. It's an esl, so it shouldn't bloat your load order too much. But if a combined patch for Plot-a-Palooza 3 comes out, you might want to wait for that.
