Tired of walking across the Sanctuary Hills bridge? No, not even slightly? Well this is the mod for you.
Adds an automated industrial transport bridge to Sanctuary Hills.
How To Set up:
I should preface by saying the setup process is a little convoluted.
When initially installing this mod, the old Sanctuary Hills bridge will have been removed and naturally replaced with the new industrial transport bridge. You will then find a set of 8 conveyor belt corner pieces placed beneath the bridge. These are what will help move the bridge, however, due to the way electronic pieces work in Fallout 4, you will have to build the conveyor belt loops yourself.
There are two loops in total and each loop has it's own individual set of conveyor belt corners. These corner pieces are here to form as a guild for the loops and will need to be rebuilt due to the aforementioned way electronic pieces work in Fallout 4. Basically so they are all snapped together.
To build the industrial transport bridge you will need to first:
1: Scrap the old conveyor belt corners and reconnect them (making sure to scrap one/reconnect a new one so the placement is the same, as opposed to scrapping them all in one go).
2: Once you have replaced all the corner pieces with new pieces, you will then have to finished up the loops by connecting them with straight conveyor belts.
3: Once you have successfully connected all of the conveyor belt loops, you will then have to add a powered conveyor belt to each of the conveyor belt loops to power them.
4: Once this is complete, you will then want to add in a firing target toggle, located within Connectors & Switches. This will allow you to power each conveyor belt from a distance.
5: And finally once you have done this, you will then want to add a transport bridge weight, located within Furniture > Miscellaneous. This is used to push the bridge.
And with all of those steps complete if you get on the Transport bridge platform and shoot the firing target toggle switch, the weight on the conveyor belt should move around and then eventually push the bridge from beneath. Moving you from one side to the other. Once on the other side, shut off the conveyor belt by once again shooting the target and then repeat this process to get to the other side using the opposite target switch. What do you mean this mod is useless?
Note:
-Due to Fallout 4's habit of just randomly chucking physics objects around the map, I have provided the ability to delete/spawn a new Transport bridge platform (also located within Furniture > Miscellaneous). So if your bridge falls off, simply align it on the rails and place it.
-If your original Sanctuary bridge is still there, move this mod to either the top or bottom of your load order.
