Transfer Settlements Blueprint for County Crossing using only vanilla and DLC items, with a Brotherhood of Steel theme.

This blueprint uses only vanilla and DLC items. While this is something I did for a BoS-oriented character, it can be used for any character (just remove some flags and such). The screenshots show a cleaner aesthetic, and I've listed below certain texture mods I used to obtain that. You can use this without those textures for a more worn appearance. All shops are available, with a mix of Tier 2 and 3. The build supports 19 residents.
Scrap everything that is scrappable in vanilla...the crops, fence, beds, etc. This uses Slot #23 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in this slot.
