Adds New Receiver and Stock Options and Makes the Cowboy Repeater Spawn with Random Stock/Receiver/Ammo options

I'm playing with .dds textures and decided the Cowboy Repeater needed some more Verity.
The Add-On Version
Maintains consistency with the original mod and uses its ammo types.
Adds Gold and Silver Receivers as well as an Engraved version of both.
Adds Redwood, Dark wood, Black Stained, Birch wood, and a Rubber Composit stock that is my first successful complete texture (Diffuse, Specular and Normals are custom) Actually looks like textured Rubber composit.
Mod Collections! Now the gun will spawn with any Receiver, Stock, and ammo option. No more plain Cowboy Repeaters!
May add some more in an update. Feel free to leave suggestions in the comments. I read them all.
Full Overhaul Version
This is the same as the Add-on but uses Munitions ammo and completely overhauls the gun from the crafting recipies to the balancing. This version is not completed yet and is intended for myfull Overhaul mod but I figured i'd go ahead and release it for people who want to use munitions ammo.
Requires Munitions AND the Additional Ammo mod for .30-30/45 Long
