All this mod does is change the Munitions version of the Tikhar air rifle from The Stealth Pack to use the Munitions .50 Cal Ball.

Do you play with The Stealth Pack from the CSEPTeam? Have you wondered why the damage does so little? well, this patch might be for you.
All this mod does is change the Munitions version of the Tikhar air rifle from The Stealth Pack to use the Munitions .50 Cal Ball and change the level list to spawn the .50 balls. That's it. That's all this does. A nice, sweet and simple patch.
To install literally just drop it into your mod manager of choice and make sure it overwrites the Stealth Pack, also enable the ESP. (idk how to make ESL's.)
If you don't think the air rifle should shoot .50 Cal balls, 1, don't download the patch, 2, look at the barrel of the rifle and tell me it can't shoot .50 Cal balls. BB's would be way too small for that size of a barrel.
