No more mismatched Combat Armor for the Upgraded AR2 troopers

With this mod, AR2's non-Power Armored troopers will no longer wear mismatched combat armor. Instead, they will alternate between all light, all medium, or all heavy combat armor.
This mod has no effect on pre-upgraded Enclave troopers, however, so they will still be mismatched.
A new game is recommended, otherwise the NPCs may spawn naked.
